The Vermicelli Deluxe is our loaded Vietnamese combination bowl — four classic proteins served over silky rice vermicelli noodles. You get grilled chicken satè marinated in lemongrass and chili, tender beef satè, plump shrimp, and a hand-rolled, golden-crispy Vietnamese spring roll — all in one bowl.
